The Pennsylvania State Law Enforcement Citizen Advisory Commission (PSLECAC) produced reports throughout 2021 and 2022, as required by the PSLECAC Executive Order.

Review Reports and Covered Agency Responses
The Commission performed reviews of the covered agencies’ completed internal investigative findings regarding allegations and incidents related to use of force and bias-based policing. Review Committees were established to review investigations of police-involved shootings resulting in injury or death of civilians, other uses of force, and allegations of bias-based policing.
The Commission prepared reports of each review and included recommendations based upon its review. Covered agencies then reviewed the recommendations and provided the Commission with a written response including what, if any, recommendations it may implement. At its quarterly meetings, the Commission deliberated on its Committees' reports. The following reports, with responses by each covered agency, were approved by the Commission.
